All Aboard! One of the best ways to find a great job after you finish your degree is by already having experience and employable skills. While it is exciting to find an internship at the same type of organization where you would like to find a job, employers are also happy to see skills accrued from a variety of employment and internship opportunities. An employer perceives a candidate's varied experiences as a higher level of expertise and competence – and this is this type of candidate that everyone wants to hire!
